I identified the car while being on business in Italy. I thought I can just buy a car like something on Amazon. Well that was naive and Eric Weichardt was able to explain the facts. I visited the dealership in person and was able to purchase the car. Eric was helpful throughout the process which turned out to be more bureaucratic than expected - not the dealerships's mistake. Our salesman, Fernando, was great! He was informative, attentive and friendly. I worked out a deal with him over the phone prior to arriving at the dealership as we live about 2 hours He was informative, attentive and friendly. I worked out a deal with him over the phone prior to arriving at the dealership as we live about 2 hours away. The problem was waiting to sign paperwork. We paid cash for the vehicle so you would think it would be fast and easy. Chris, the paperwork guy left us waiting for 2 hours!!! He was walking around chatting with other employees and drinking a coffee while we sat and waited for 2 hours. If I had known that he was who we were waiting on I would’ve have said something but we were under the impression that he was with another customer. More
