This is my third Lexus purchased at Lexus of Serramonte. This round, it was Nick who was the very patient, very helpful salesperson, especially since it's been 19 years since purchasing my 2003 one. The 2022 car has a lot of new smart features that I had never encountered nor experienced and Nick patiently "taught" me how to "navigate" through it.
