Supurb Service I am always made to feel taken care of when I need service on my Lexus. My service advisor, David Martinez, is kind and always on top of things. He is respectful (as are all of the service advisors) and really cares about my safety. I trust his opinion and know that he has my best interests at heart when it comes to servicing my car. He does not recommend things unless they are needed (other car service centers do). I began with Drago at Serramonte Lexus and then went t When I began searching for a new mid-size SUV I really wasn't sure which I was going to choose. I began with Drago at Serramonte Lexus and then went to many dealerships to drive their SUV's. I found that every time I met a new sales person I was comparing them to Drago because he was honestly the most patient, friendly and informative person I met. I took the RXL & and RXL Hybrid for test drives and while we drove he continued to review all the benefits and features of each. Not the case at other dealerships where I felt I had to drag information out of them, one sales person even got the wrong vehicle for me to drive because she wasn't listening to me. I ended up setting my mind on the RXLh and Drago & Danna helped me get the financing I needed. Drago worked tirelessly to ensure that I was able to get my dream SUV. Even texting back and forth with me on a Sunday to ensure he did everything he could to help. When I went to pick it up on Monday Drago spent a good 45 minutes with me sitting in my SUV reviewing all the features of my new vehicle (yes! there's a lot!), even calling the service department in to clean a last few smudge marks off the exterior to ensure my new SUV was sparkling clean when I drove off the lot.
