Beware. Make sure you have the car checked out!!! The dealership made a lot of promises. They said my car was completely looked over by their mechanic and they spare no expense. I had a mechanic look The dealership made a lot of promises. They said my car was completely looked over by their mechanic and they spare no expense. I had a mechanic look at the car 3 weeks after I bought it and the filters were NEVER changed in the car. He said nothing was done except an oil change. Lexus told me they detailed the car and didn’t. They made an excuse that they had a new person. They said the car would be ready on a Friday and I had to wait an additional 5 days. I don’t trust this dealership. I would be sure you have your mechanic look at the vehicle. Trust is something very important to me as a consumer. My expectations of Lexus WERE very high, not any more. I was dealing with the used car manager directly. Caleb the salesperson was very nice and tried to help. He could be successful any where...with a trustworthy employer and someone that recognizes his hard work. More
