Back and forth to different dealerships we found our way back to Lexus of Smithtown. No "salesman-type" pressure, sense of humor, and a "no pressure" attitude brought us back. Other dealers who were "pushy" was the primary reason they did not see us again. For financing, Rob Meyer was excellent. Quick but very efficient, the process of applying for credit was easy and painless. He reviewed all add-on options, offered his honest opinion about what might be worth it in our specific case, and would not. My wife and I left the dealership with the sense that we made the right choice of vehicle from the right dealership and I didn't feel the need to take a shower when I left. A very good experience, indeed!! More
