The insurance connection between lexus and insurance not go I still gave a good rating because the sales people tried to correct this insurance issue. They needed to make contact with my insurance carrier and b I still gave a good rating because the sales people tried to correct this insurance issue. They needed to make contact with my insurance carrier and be sure that all issues were correct. It took more than three hours to get the insurance papers correct and I believe that this should have been done after I made my insurance carrier discuss the paperwork, which was three days before delivery. Anyway, a great experience was reduce to some unhappy feelings and would like you to know that the sales personnel tried to correct this issue. Quinn did work hard to try to resolve the insurance issue and was working hard to resolve the problem. Some of the issues were also on the insurance company Allstate. who were not able to provide the right insurance cards,until we were on the phone for three hours More

Seamless! I decided to get my very first Lexus and Frank Loviglio came highly referred -and for good reason because he took very good care of me and treated me I decided to get my very first Lexus and Frank Loviglio came highly referred -and for good reason because he took very good care of me and treated me like family. He offered me a great price on exactly what I wanted and he was very thorough throughout. He explained what I would be getting, how the process would work, and he went over all of the paperwork with me making sure I fully understood. On delivery he spent about 2 hours with me making sure I knew how to work my brand new car, which I appreciated. Frank even offered to personally make future service appointments for me and set it up so I would have a loaner car ready to go. Overall it was a very luxurious experience. You get what you pay for and Frank and the rest of the staff at Lexus of Smithtown did not fall short of making my car buying experience absolutely wonderful, in fact they exceeded my expectations. I will definitely be a repeat Lexus customer and Lexus of Smithtown customer! I would also like to add that Bob Rossworn the sales manager and Denise Plourde in finance were a pleasure to work, they both offered me great pricing without pushing me to buy anything that I didn't need or that wasn't in my best interest. They both also made my first Lexus experience absolutely seamless. More
