Hands down my best car-purchasing experience! After having a few sub-par experiences at other Lexus dealerships within the NY area, I decided to give Lexus of Smithtown a try. Michael Mandolese was my salesperson for this transaction and I can with 100% confidence say that he fully met and exceeded my expectations regarding this purchase. Upon entering the dealership, you get an immediate feeling that the place wasn't filled with pushy salespeople. Mike was extremely welcoming, friendly and personable. I never felt pressured during the process, which help put me at ease with making the right decision. Some qualities that I appreciated from Mike was that he was honest and knowledgeable. Upon delivery of the car, Mike was still providing first-class service ensuring that I knew how to use the different features in the car. I would recommend this dealer to anyone looking to get into a Lexus! More
