We were introduced to Charles Greene who gave us a very informative and concise demonstration of a new RX 350. We were immediately impressed with the car and our sales rep. We decided to weigh both our options, i.e. buying or leasing. After being shown all the figures, we decided to lease. This was our third experience with Lexus and once again they proved to be professional, knowledgeable and extremely courteous. We feel that once we leave the showroom their help does not end there and we know we can continue to count on the entire Lexus of Smithtown family for whatever we will need in the future.
