Robert was unbelievably polite, soft spoken, calm and I truly felt he gave me the best price available. The transition was so smooth. Usually my husband and I hate car shopping. So much wheeling and dealing. Robert made us feel special and important. He listened to our needs and really gave us everything we asked for. I felt like he helped us as much as he would help his own family. Also he always, as well as everyone else at Lexus, returned my calls expeditiously even after I owned the car. Kudos to the whole staff. A big shout out to Dolores Russell and AbbasRajani as well. Dolores was so efficient and so kind and Abbas was extremely knowledgeable and again all were so professional and so sweet. I do feel like family. Thanks ever so much Lexus and thanks Robert Meyer. I told him what I wanted and at the time he did not have anything but I was still looking. Last week he called to see if I saw anything and if I was still in the market (I was) and he had something for me that I had not considered and even knew that was a possibility. This presented some more options so I again told him what I want and we were able to get it done. I think it is great that he keeps in touch with me periodically and b/c of the way he treats my wife and I, I prefer to go him first to give him our business. Dolores and Mike were great and I had many options, they took two of my trades, the prices were fair and I did not feel pressured or rushed although I knew they could not wait for me forever. This is my 4th Lexus and I always get them serviced here and they have always been great - I always am treated well and always get a loaner car. When I picked up my car today, Frank went over everything in the car in detail and it was greatly appreciated. I knew the Customer Service was great which is why I go there but you don't realize how much they stand out until you go to other Dealerships. Thank you very much Frank, Dolores and Mike. It was a great experience as always and wanted to write so that others will know as well. More

I originally received an offer to test drive a Lexus which I did. I thoroughly enjoyed the test drive and the salesman, Frank Loviglio was very professional and assured me that I would not be pressured into buying. True to his word, he did not follow-up with annoying calls. When I made my decision to purchase, I contacted Frank becasue I was impressed by his level of profesionalism and the fact that he had kept his word. The purchase experience was less stressful than any other time I have purchased a car. I did not feel like I was being taken advantage of and was able to complete the negotiation in what I felt was a very fair manner. My experience with the fiancial manager, Dolores Russell was also positve. I was steeling myself to resist high sales pressure, but there was none. This also made the experience much more professional and exceeded my expectations. The deilvery experience was also great with Frank going over many functions of the car in great deal detail and also encouraging me to contact him with any questions I might have. All in all, this was the best car purchase experience I have ever had. More
Excellent Service! I can't say enough great things about the people at this dealership. My battery died on my car, and I was stuck on a Friday night. I called Lexus immediately to find out what they would recommend I do, and Sheetal went above and beyond to assist me. To wait for AAA would have meant my car may not have been serviced on Saturday, leaving me with two, small children and no transportation all weekend. Sheetal was great! As my husband and I struggled to jump-start my car, Sheetal called me back to see if I was having success. When I told her we were having trouble hooking my husband's car up, she contacted Dan, another terrific employee at the dealership, who drove to my house to help us. Sheetal met me at the dealership (way past her work hours), processed my service very quickly, and set me up in a loaner car. Because of them, I was able to get my car fixed the very next morning. What could have been a very stressful situation was actually a very stress-free experience. They are terrific! Thanks, Sheetal, Dan and August (who is always awesome)! ABOVE AND BEYOND! I did my homework before meeting with Joe, whichj made it easier for both of us. When we met, he asked "what will it take to put you in the car?" He didn't play the game of, "let me throw it out to my manager". He knew his limitations, and we closed the deal! He helped me locate the color and options that I wanted. On the service side, dealing with Abbas is really a pleasure! He knew how to answer my related service and technological questions. He followed up when I left a message for him. He didn't say, " bring the car in and we'll help you". He walked me through the set-ups and issues over the phone.
