He was honest, caring and anxious to make us pleased with the car we chose. He made the process easy and not at all stressful. We are a little low tech but he took the time and patience to show us how to use the new technology on the car. We bought our previous Lexus from him in 2002 and made sure we returned to him when it was time for another car. He goes out of his way to make sure you are happy with your purchase and even called us to check on how we were doing on our trip to Florida. We won't buy another Lexus from anyone else. He hooked us up with Abbas Rajani for technical support. Abbas spent an hour with my husband and I making sure we knew every feature with the Navigation and Bluetooth systems. We were very confident when we left that we could operate the system correctly after our appointment. More

It was just a matter of getting the right deal and building the right relationship. I worked with Abbas who I had dealt with months earlier when I was in my looking phase. After test driving the new 2015 IS 250 AWD F SPORT, I knew this was it. After speaking a little more to Abbas, he brought me to Bob Rossworns office who has actually helped my grandmother with all her Lexus cars. Both Abbas and Bob made buying a car a very easy and comfortable process. From me walking in being welcomed into Lexus, to Dolores in Finance making leasing with Lexus nice and easy and finally Abbas delivering my car and going over all the amazing features. When it comes down to tech, Abbas was amazing at explaining each and every spec of the car. The experience couldn't have gone any better. It was Excellent across the board. I would recommend Lexus of Smithtown and especially Abbas and Bob when it comes down to buying a car. Thanks again guys for all your help. 2008 Lexus RX350 recall Received a recall notice for my vehicle concerning possible headlight fogging condition. Proceeded to Smithtown Lexus and was met by Ms. Lee West ser Received a recall notice for my vehicle concerning possible headlight fogging condition. Proceeded to Smithtown Lexus and was met by Ms. Lee West service coordinator. Lee knew exactly what to look for and though the lights were clear she pointed out water stains inside the light housing. I explained this fogging condition came and went with inclement weather. Lee got the service manager Mr. Dan Munsinger and he immediately authorized both headlight units replaced. Lee walked me through ordering the necessary parts and set up a convenient repair date. ALL OF THE ABOVE TOOK 15 MINUTES I can not adequately express my satisfaction with Lee and Dan LETS KEEP IN MIND MY LEXUS IS 4 YEARS OLD . No hassle and NO COST TO ME. Roughly in a week the new headlights were replaced. Lee made sure all was taken care of and also got my car washed for Free. Next day Lee gave me a quick call to make sure all was well. Although I visited several different Lexus dealers, I ended up making the purchases at Lexus of Smithtown. I not only got the best deal there, but the buying experience was easy and pleasant. Our sales person, Charles Greene was very informative. He answered all of our questions and was there for us throughout the process, from our walking into the dealership to his handing us the keys to our new SUV, explaining and demonstrating all of its features. The sales Manager, Frank Galante approved a very fair price on both our purchase and trade in, and as did Charles Greene, treated us as valued customers. The Finance Mgr.Denise Plourde was a pleasure to deal with. She made the financing, insurance and DMV issues happen without so much as a glitch. She knows her job inside out! In closing I must say that as a result of the treatment my wife and I received from the 3 aforementioned individuals our next new car purchase will be at Lexus of Smithtown. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!
