I met with Financial Services Manager Denise Plourde who took the time to explain the available package options currently offered by Lexus. Denise was knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything in a cohesive, straight forward manner. Michael Mandolese spent as much time as I required on the day of delivery. The car was immaculate and his explanations of the new features on the 2013 ES were clear and concise. If you have not visited Lexus of Smithtown at this point, you owe it to yourself to do so. I write to express how pleased we are with our new Lexus but more importantly with the staff at Lexus of Smithtown. David Hitt our sales professional was wonderful. He spent a lot of time with us introducing us to the car, patiently answered all of our questions and made sure we were completely comfortable before we drove away. During the entire process from his first greeting, through the paperwork and pick-up he was completely professional. This is our sixth Lexus (the first from Lexus of Smithtown)and we have never enjoyed such a seemless purchase and delivery nor felt that our sales person would always be available in the future to facilitate any issues that might arise. Simply put Davit Hitt is the best and we will certainly return to Lexus of Smithtown in the future. I have alreadly recommended the dealership and David to a friend. We also worked with Denise Plourde who facilitated the final paperwork. She was also excellent to work with. That part of the process is usually long and arduous but she made it easy. Since it was next to impossible to get gas on Long Island after the storm ,my only question was ,will I have enough gas to get home. They advised me not to worry ,we will take care of you. When we picked the car up it was in perfect condition ,and it had a full tank of gas. We did not buy our two prior Lexus cars from them,but we will buy the future ones.I highly reccomend our sales rep, Kenneth Goldberg and FSM Dolores Russel,they did a great job in spite of very difficult circumstances.I would also like to thank SSC August Santini for having the sevice dept check out our 06RX,before we gave it to our daughter. This is my second car from Lexus of Smithtown and I would not consider another model or another dealership. My salesdman (Ken Goldberg) was exceptionally informed and able to answer every question I had. He spent as much time as I required in answering questions before the deal was consumated and thoroughly reviewing the car upon delivery. Sales Manager Robert Rossworn worked with me in achieving a fair deal. Indeed, while obviously insuring a profitable deal for his company, I found him to be the exact opposite of the stereotypical car dealer. He obviously takes great pride in the dealership and was a pleasure to work with. Denise thoroughly explained optional equipment for my car. I never felt, at any time, pressure or an attempt to "force" a deal. I found the entire staff to be honest and upfront in explaining pricing and other provisions of the contract. The dealership, itself, is spotless and very client friendly. Lexus has a well deserved reputation as one of the finest automobile companies in the world. The quality of both my cars has been exceptional. Lexus of Smithtown vividly underscores the quality and professionalism of that company. More
