Shane was "next up" when my wife and I walked through the door of the showroom and it turned out to be our lucky day that we got him as our sales person. Shane listened to what we were looking for, made some suggestions, and the took us on two test drives so we could decide which car we wanted. In fact it was Shane's idea to test drive the ES 350 in addition to the RX 350 and once we did we knew the RX was the car for us. Shane then took his time to walk us through various plans until we came up with the one that worked best for us. Shane then turned us over to Dolores to complete the transaction and although we ended up at the showroom for several hours, in the end we got the car we wanted for a fair price. This was our first visit to Lexus of Smithtown, but I suspect it won't be our last. And when our friends see our new car I will gladly tell them to go see Shane and Dolores. Both provided great customer service and helped make our experience as pleasant as possible. More

I worked with Walter for over a year on getting my new car. Now im going to be honest about myself and tell you that im an annoying customer as evidence of it taking alomost a year to finalize the deal. H car.
