I have traded in my RX350 for the 2013 GS350. I feel I should have received more for my trade in. I love the car but due to an error on the salesmans part in turning over my trade in I have put 72 unwan should have received more for my trade in. Not very happy about this............The sales man promised coupons and dicounts I truley feel I will never recieve them. I have always loved the service but can not get this off my mind. More

I also want to mention that Abbas Rajani was most helpful in teaching me how to utilize the many "bells and whistles" of this beautiful car. I am not the most technically adept customer and Abbas had the utmost patience in explaining how to best enjoy all the features of my new automobile. When I got home I had a problem with the remote garage opener and a quick phone call to him solved the problem in minutes.
