I have just recently leased my first Lexus from Lexus of Smithtown. My overall experience was superb and far better than that with the previous dealers from which I leased my cars. My sales person, Taylor Smithtown. My overall experience was superb and far better than that with the previous dealers from which I leased my cars. My sales person, Taylor West, and sales manager, Tim Burns, were extremely friendly, helpful and professional thoughout the process. They helped steer me in a direction that got me the car that I needed and actually saved me money at the same time. There was never any pressure to make a decision and the process was easy and never hurried. I am very impressed and pleased with Lexus of Smithtown and the two professionals that worked with me to create an excellent deal. I look forward to enjoying my car, but would not hesitate to return to Lexus of Smithtown when I am ready for the next one! More

Most of my female friends dread the purchasing of a new car. The negotiating with a stereotypical "car salesperson" is a daunting task, one in which most send their husbands/or boyfriends to do. I, however, am happy to attest to a different experience. I had owned my RX for almost three years. My husband was out of town, and it seemed as if I was to go solo on the leasing of my next car. I leased two cars from Bob previously, and knew he was meticulous, knowledgeable, personable, and most importantly, trustworthy. After sitting in Bob's office for a while, I proudly called my husband and told him that I had just bought a new car!! I picked the car up today, and am thrilled with my new purchase. I feel as if this experience is an important one to retell. A car is an expensive purchase. It is imperative for those in sales to be trained to allow the customer to feel as if she/he is going to be taken care of, not taken advantage of. My husband and I both thank Bob for allowing us to have an enjoyable experience each time. More

Buying or leasing a car is one of my least favorite things to do. This was the second vehicle that I have leased at Lexus of Smithtown. Price of vehicle, service, timeliness of delivery, quality of vehicle and any items that were added to the vehi encountered in purchasing a vehicle. Lexus of Smithtown was fabulous. The sales person Arjun Vir and sales manager Frank Galante were personable, knowledgeable and were sincere in satisfying my wife and I in the purchase of our new GS 350. They were professional in their approach and worked very hard to give us a deal that I we both felt very comfortable with. My experience with other dealerships were after you picked up the car, you would not hear from your sales person again. Not true with Lexus of Smithtown. Arjun called me several times after the sale to make sure I was satisfied with the vehicle and offered to assist me with the many features of the new GS. Thus far, the attention I have been given by Arjun and Frank have exceeded my expectations. I would also like to mention that the day I scheduled to pick up the car, Arjun could not be there due to a pre-arranged vacation. As such, he arranged for Abbas Rajani to deliver the car to me in his absence. Similar to Arjun and Frank, Abbas way exceeded my expectations. He was professional, soft spoken, thorough and spent as much time with us as needed to go over the cars features. His best quality was his technical understanding of the vehicle. Before leaving, Abbas gave us his cell phone number and told us to call him anytime if we have questions...... Totally unheard of from a dealership!!!! All three, Arjun, Frank and Abbas should be congratulated. They are GREAT ambassadors for Lexus of Smithtown. I would strongly recommend the dealership to anyone. More
