This is the second Lexus I leased from Bob Rossworn and I am sure there will be many more. He is not only an excellent salesperson with immense knowledge about his cars, he is a warm,sincere person always ea am sure there will be many more. Getting to know Bob and sharing his family story with mine also added to the experience. I am confident that I not only purchased the car I really wanted but at a fair price and from a most competent salesperson and dealership. I also want to mention that Abbas Rajani was most helpful in teaching me how to utilize the many "bells and whistles" of this beautiful car. I am not the most technically adept customer and Abbas had the utmost patience in explaining how to best enjoy all the features of my new automobile. When I got home I had a problem with the remote garage opener and a quick phone call to him solved the problem in minutes.
