We own two Lexus autos. Jon handled the scheduled service (60K) and the unscheduled service (dash warning lights) seamlessly. Loaners were made available for both visits and things were so streamlin service (60K) and the unscheduled service (dash warning lights) seamlessly. Loaners were made available for both visits and things were so streamlined all we had to do was drop the cars off, pick up the loaner, bring back the loaner and pick up our cars. There was the paying the bill step on the 60K service but the other was covered under warranty. The stand around and wait bit you usually run into was non existent. We did hang around to chat with Jon and ask some questions on the cars which he graciously and correctly answered but that was our choice. Everyone we came into contact with, especially Jon, were very polite and helpful. More

My favorite part is stopping by to get a free car wash (when my car doesn't even need to be serviced), and when it does need to be serviced, Andy always gives us the best loaners. He is patient to explain how my car will be serviced and how to take care of it (high maintenance IS F). Even the attendants are polite and friendly~ I really like the fact that they don't charge to diagnose a problem. I know many other dealerships charge a substantial fee just to find out the problem and, in some cases, the diagnostics can cost more than fixing the problem. Oh, and if you happen to be waiting for your car, grab a juice from the fridge, check out the big-screen tv or borrow an iPad from the cashier, and kick back on of the many comfy sofas in their waiting room~! 5 stars and 2 thumbs up~!! The advisors writing up the service orders, and the technicians in the shop, are all knowledgeable, friendly, and anxious to please. They know I'm picky about keeping my cars in tip-top condition, so they ensure that all maintenance, both that required by Lexus and that which they recommend, is performed in a timely manner. In addition, they offer a free loaner when I can't wait while maintenance is being performed, and they offer a free car wash (even when I'm not having any service performed). As far as I am concerned, Lexus of Tacoma provides the ultimate in customer service. I'm sold on this dealership and will continue to rely on them for service, and purchase of new cars. More
