The staff at Lexus of Tacoma, especially Todd Kim, were able convince us that buying a new car could be a pleasant experience. They were low pressure and low key. Of course there is always the price negotiation, but still it was way better than I expected. I can recommend starting with them and if they don't win you over, you can always move on. Todd answered every question and new everything about the model we were interested in, and also was able to compare and contrast the competition in a fair way. More

They took a chance with me. In return I will continue to show my lotalty and only make my future purchases with My new Extended Family. Since my purchase, My credit score has jumped significantly. Firsts impressions are so big with me and they go a long way. Ron was so nice, as well as the whole dealership the minute I walked in. I felt right at home. No one was pushy. Ron walked me through every step and the purchase I was getting. While waiting for finance, Ron walked me out to my purchase and gave me a thorough presentation on how to work every thing. he even stayed in contact with me after my purchase to make sure everything was ok and how I was doing. Ron, the whole Staff are Class Acts. I would recommend Lexus of Tacoma/Fife to anyone. More

Go to Lexus of Seattle or Spokane or Portland. Both Lexus of Bellevue and Tacoma are owned by same owner ( so you can't negotiate much between these two ) .. More

I have not bought a car from this dealership even though they are 100 miles round trip closer to me than Lexus of Seattle. A friend just offered them $1000 over invoice for a 2005 IS 300 with the new IS 350 they are 100 miles round trip closer to me than Lexus of Seattle. A friend just offered them $1000 over invoice for a 2005 IS 300 with the new IS 350's out next month and the salesman said he would not fill out the papers for a $1000 deal. I offered to split the difference between invoice and MSRP with them on a 2005 ES 330 with the 2006 out and the 2007's out in May. They turned me down. I overheard the sales manager by the name of Alex tell the salesman to tell me to get the f... out of the dealership. I have found their service to be exemplary, but I would pay extra not to do business with them on a purchase. More
