Fast forward to 11/2016 and we were ready to trade our old Lexus in for a new one. I test drove Mercedes, BMW, Acura, and Infiniti and ultimately our experience with Bob and the service department over the last six years made the decision to stick with Lexus simple. When we pull in for service, I am always greeted promptly at my vehicle and someone opens the door for me. My kids instantly run for the free refreshments and treats for a morning snack. I hop in my loaner and am out the door within a few minutes every time. John is my favorite, but have never had a bad experience with other service personnel. More
