I’ve never encountered a dealership so unwilling to be transparent. I was interested in an RX 350 Premium Plus, and despite clearly requesting an out-the-door price in writing, the salesperson, Alfredo, a transparent. Instead, they repeatedly asked me to “make an offer” so they could negotiate against myself. This is the first dealership I’ve ever seen that won’t provide a straightforward price, even when I’m ready to buy. Their policy feels misleading and unprofessional, especially for a luxury brand like Lexus. I have all text messages documenting this interaction. If you value honesty and transparency when purchasing a vehicle, I would avoid Lexus of Thousand Oaks. I will not be doing business there. More
