On Friday I visited Lexus of Thousand Oaks and was assisted by Jonny Goldfinger. We had texted back and forth the day before and he had taken the time to answer all my questions and it was a pleasure assisted by Jonny Goldfinger. We had texted back and forth the day before and he had taken the time to answer all my questions and it was a pleasure meeting him. A few hours later I drove out of there in a 2021 ES300h. He was such a delight to work with and had the patience of a saint as he walked me through all the details! Lexus is so very lucky to have him on staff, and I am so lucky that I had the pleasure of having him help me. Thanks so much again, Jonny! More

He is not only knowledgeable, but extremely helpful and made sure that I received the exact car that I wanted -even if he had to search everywhere for my color preference. He does not waste my time or try to sell me something I will not need or like. He is one of the most kind, thoughtful persons and I appreciate his honesty. Very bad service. My experience with this leadership has been terrible. Service was average while I was leasing a car but as soon as I was about to return the car, the service provided became terrible. No p been terrible. Service was average while I was leasing a car but as soon as I was about to return the car, the service provided became terrible. No phone calls returned and the worse was at the end of lease!! I returned the car few days in advance of the lease end. Once at the dealership I informed them that I could not remove the racks from the car and asked fir their help. I was told they would call me once the racks had been removed but no one called me back and no one returned my calls either. Several days later I found out that the car had been sold with my racks on it!!! Without my authorization!!! No one took responsibility. I have been calling for weeks with no response until today when the “manager” told me that there was Nothing they would do about. What a BAD customer service!!! They stole my racks!!! More
