The sales process was simple and fast - everyone was very pleasant to work with. My only feedback about the sale was that if Lexus is promoting that their RX 350 Sport runs on regular gasoline - that they in pleasant to work with. When I asked Service about running the car on regular gasoline they informed that the manual suggests a higher octane. I brought my RX in for servicing - to add accessories and explained the lag at a dead stop and when pushing on the gas pedal the car took a second or more to respond - I received two different messages from two different service people - one said the transmission and engine could be adjusted - the second said that the car is learning and could NOT be adjusted. Either way the RX sometimes lags and now it jumps forward and quickly shifts it gears - very inconsistent for such an expensive vehicle. More
