I also have to say that Maryann Cord the Finance Manager is amazing! However, if it wasn't for Omid, I would not have been able to get such an amazing deal! I was finding it difficult to get financed with a low APR; however Omid worked very hard with the Finance Manger so that I could get the 2.9 APR! I'm truly blessed to have found such a great person to buy a vehicle from. I will recommend him to all my friends, family, and clients as I'm an Insurance Agent. After having an unpleasant experience with another salesman while I was just looking, I went back and had the most wonderful experience with Steve (Hiro). He showed care and concern about me as a person and didn't treat me as just another "sale" which I so appreciated. When I got into an accident, he was so helpful in going above and beyond to get me the necessary paperwork for my insurance. He was honest and so helpful with my second Lexus. I will always drive the extra miles to get my car serviced here even though there is a dealer closer to me. Not only is it pleasant to say hi to my new-found friend who still asks how I am doing as a concerned human being, but the service is way better than at other dealers. And you know that he is great when all the staff say they love him as well! Steve is the first pleasant car salesman that I have dealt with and made car buying a pleasant one! My experience at Thousand Oaks Lexus was superb. When I got there, he went out of his way to show my wife and I a good selection of cars (I wanted a 2009 RX 350). He gave extensive information about each car he showed, and the details really helped me to decide. And, even though I was positive that I didn't want a black Lexus - that was ultimately what I purchased from you, because of Jason's great feedback and because he worked hard to negotiate a good price (and I love the car!). Jason also was able to get me an excellent price for this car, as I found out later. As a senior manager in Customer Service, I've heard many great things over the years about Lexus, and have tried to emulate some of these learning's with my own staff.
