Mr.Butler's explanation of the Lexus Enform with Safety Connect, and many of the new features available on the 450Hybrid, gave me peace of mind, and "the thrill of the new car", with the comfort of familiarity...THE BEST ! His persistent search for my favorite color combination let me know he was truly working "to please me". The bittersweet trade-in of my (2004)RX350 was incorporated in the fair purchase price of the 2010 model.
