Lexus of Towson - Service Center

I stopped in from out of town, (I live in Massachusetts) to get my new Lexus NX its' first 5,000 mile service. Bill (Service Manager) checked me in at the drive in. I explained to him what I needed. He fini to get my new Lexus NX its' first 5,000 mile service. Bill (Service Manager) checked me in at the drive in. I explained to him what I needed. He finished checking me in and then walked me to meet Ilias(Service writer) who finished the check in process. The Service team at Towson Lexus was outstanding. The had me in and out in less than an hour. Many thanks to Bill and Ilias for helping me. Great job! More

As usual excellent service from Kyle Harris who always provides updates, offers service suggestions and repair insights. Very nice spacious and welcoming dealership.
