Jolie Gaskell at Lexus at the Tucson Auto Mall made it all very easy and pleasant for me when I traded my 2007 GS on a 2012 ES model a week or so ago. I arrived at the deanship late in the afternoon and I all very easy and pleasant for me when I traded my 2007 GS on a 2012 ES model a week or so ago. I arrived at the deanship late in the afternoon and I was in rather a hurry to complete the transaction, provided we could reach agreement on the deal, because I had to leave Tucson the next day around 1 p.m. The car I actually wanted happened to be at the Speedway showroom, but Jolie arranged to have it transferred and ready for me by 10 a.m. the next day. The paperwork was finished quickly and I drove off the lot with my new car within a couple of hours. I was very happy with the service I received and I am very pleased so far with my new red ES . This was my first Lexus purchase (L460) and it was by far the best dealer experience I've had over 40 plus years. Joli was knowledgeable in all aspects of the vehicle. I moved here from the east coast and have had my car serviced at this dealership several times. I cannot say enough for the employees and the service I have received. Everyone is always very courteous serviced at this dealership several times. I cannot say enough for the employees and the service I have received. Everyone is always very courteous and more than willing to make my experience the best it can be. This week, I went in for a 35,000 mile service but when I arrived for the service, Jim Bingham informed me of a safety campaign that Lexus has undertaken. This mean't that my service would take longer than previously expected. He had already arranged for a loaner car, and because I was having guests in my home that afternoon, he had my car delivered to my home and exchanged for the loaner. Not only that, my car was washed inside and out, and the gas tank was full! This was above and beyond normal service. You guys are the BEST!!! Lynn Anderson More

Joli demonstrated a unique ability to sell a vehicle without "selling" the vehicle. What I mean by that is that I did not feel any pressure and felt completely relaxed throughout the entire process of b without "selling" the vehicle. I am a first time Lexus owner and felt somewhat initmidated coming to the showroom in the Auto Mall. A friend and Lexus owner, accompanied me. Joli approached us and her professionalism and knowledge were immediately apparent. She took time to determine my ideas and needs, conveying a sincere interest in "getting it right"...as we continued to look around that day, I kept comparing both the car and the sales people we met. At the end of the afternoon, I was behind the wheel of the pre-owned vehicle she had suggested to me, driving on I 10 because Joli wanted me to know how the vehicle handled in that situation, recalling that I do a long driving trip each year. She also solved my dilemma about service in the tiny town where I live part of the year. These are just two examples of her personalized approach. She met me with information at a perfect pace for retention and I drove away yesterday just delighted with the whole experience. The car is remarkable, Joli, extraordinary.
