I would really appreciate terminating the sending of the post cards after every service visit. If you really feel that the same questions need to be asked after every visit, you have my e-mail address, why post cards after every service visit. George was professional, courteous, and managed to beat the price of a used Lexus 350ES that I was getting ready to purchase. He took my deposit over the phone, was excellent about communicating about when the price of a used Lexus 350ES that I was getting ready to purchase. Upon arriving at the dealership he greeted me, went thru the buying process with me, introduced me to the financial and service people that I would be working with. He spent an incredible amount of time going over the car with me and even offered to come to my house to set up my garage door opener.
