I want to say that I really appreciated the way Tim helped us get what we wanted in a car. He never was pushy and he very clearly knows his products. I know there are very expensive Lexus, however he m helped us get what we wanted in a car. He never was pushy and he very clearly knows his products. I know there are very expensive Lexus, however he made us feel like we were just as important as if he were selling a million dollar car to a client. He also was very up front about helping us avoid a potential problem trying to register our car for our home state of Ohio which would hopefully say us allot of money for car insurance. He brought Carlos over to explain how it can take up to six months and on top of it, we would still have to take the car back to Ohio to be inspected. Not one other dealer that we went to shared that important information with me and my husband. So why would we buy the car in Florida if we had to take it back to Ohio? Tim took another step to see if we could aford the insurance if we registered our car in Florida. . All the time, Tim knew that we could walk away from the deal, however with his help we found affordable insure which in turn helped us finalize the deal. The one last thing I want to say is you better never give him a reason to leave Lexus of Wesley Chapel. Please share my comments with Tim. More
