A Truly Exceptional Car Buying Experience From the moment we arrived at the Wesley Chapel Lexus dealership, you could feel the difference from other places we had recently visited. This place was focused on the customer experience. Upon our arrival, Seymour promptly came out to introduce himself to us. His approach immediately had us felling very comfortable with him. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and the brand. He allowed us to test drive the vehicle as long as we felt we needed to. He was extremely kind and patient with all of our questions (we had a lot of questions as this would be our first Lexus). Seymour worked diligently to help make this deal work since we had a trade. It is not possible to give a salesman any higher praise than we do for Seymour. He was a phenomenal representative and a true asset to the WC Lexus store. At no point did he ever make my wife or myself feel pressured. He was very transparent in the transaction, we never felt like numbers were being hidden, we understood exactly what we were buying, how much we were paying and the bottom line monthly payment we were trying to achieve. Nick the manager made sure to introduce himself and Lilly in Finance who helped us with the final paperwork was wonderful as well. If you are considering purchasing a vehicle, new or used, I truly think you should schedule an appointment with Seymour. Not only did they answer my questions but they had the right car and best price. I was there with my wife and 3 boys which could of been disastrous but they had complimentary drinks, muffins, croissants etc to make sure all were happy. I highly recommend them without reservation.
