First off, being greeted by a concierge and having time to explore the vehicles I was interested in before dealing with a sales person was refreshing. Once I decided on a vehicle I was blessed to be met my sales person Jeanette Fernandez. She has a wonderful spirit and listened to the specific things I wanted to experience during my test drive to make sure the vehicle was a good fit for my needs. Jeanette not only listened to me, but she went above and beyond to give me a great deal. I had a good offer from Mercedes, but this Lexus dealership gave me a GREAT offer. Jeanette, Carlos, Nick and Mia worked so hard to get me the car that I wanted and with the financing that I wanted. My deal took several days but Jeanette made sure no one else purchased my vehicle I picked out while we worked out the process. I love how all of the staff congratulates and applaud you once you purchase, and even put a bow on the hood. Its those extra little details that made this my best car purchasing experience ever.
