I’ve never met a salesman as knowledgeable and outstanding as Parsa. We had some confusion about our need for AWD but that was solved. We were offered a discount for being a veteran of $700 but the sales manager stated it was only for new cars not used, which ours is. Not gracious of him to retract an offer that was made. Lilly was also excellent but not enough time was spent explaining the “extras.” We needed more time to fully understand the 5 extras but the deal was already completed. Too much pressure. We needed more time and.some of that fault was ours. We were there s long time and were very tired. More
