We were able to drive two different models that we were trying to choose between, and he never rushed our process or pressured us to “choose”. After spending his time and answering many questions, we explained we needed to think about our options. Tim followed up with us regularly, but not in a generic or overwhelming way. He even made a personalized video of a car that he thought met our criteria, and would be a good fit for our family. After visiting other dealerships and driving other cars, we found ourselves comparing them to Tim and the Lexus. Thanks, Tim for reminding us that good people and great customer service still exists. Amanda made sure she understood what my priorities were and didn’t try to sell me on anything I didn’t want. On site, Chelsea was incredibly personable and informative. We had a million questions and she answered each to our satisfaction. The negotiation process was easy, and we felt that we received an excellent price for our trade-in and a fair deal on the new car we purchased. Lynne was very helpful on the finance side. She didn’t go for the hard sell on any of the extended warranty and maintenance packages, and found a few areas for cost savings. Overall, this was the best car buying experience I’ve had.
