I have been to other sites that make you breakfast while waiting but their cafe only has bagels, danishes, cookies muffins, chips, kind bars and any coffee you can think off. So that’s why I gave it 4 stars but other than that the customer services and the effiecintness of the facility is Awesome! More

Mike took the time to answer my 1000 questions and find the car we wanted. He was always available for a phone call, or text always depending on my needs. I felt like I was his one and only customer of the month. Jaime at financing was so detailed, throughout, and patient with me. The facilities are pristine and the service of each employee make you feel so welcomed. This is the first easy and quick at buying experience I’ve had. I kept waiting for the “hiccup” but it never came. Mike made sure we left we our new car before my 2.5 year old had a meltdown. Before we left Mike got in the car with me to show me the settings and even paired up my phone to the car. Every single thing about Lexus of Wesley Chapel was luxurious!!
