A very special dealership Lui Delgado and all the other Lexus of Wesley Chapel personnel are the best I have ever experienced. I have been leasing Lexus Cars for over 25 years Lui Delgado and all the other Lexus of Wesley Chapel personnel are the best I have ever experienced. I have been leasing Lexus Cars for over 25 years and this experience was FAR FAR superior to any of my others. Most recently, In my attempt to lease a new vehicle, I experienced nothing but frustration with Lexus of Tampa Bay and Lexus of Orlando/Winter Park. I could not recommend either of these dealerships to anyone. However, Lexus of Wesley Chapel made getting a new leased vehicle a ray of sunshine in my otherwise dismal life (my husband passed away rather suddenly just after I had first contacted Mr. Delgado about leasing a new Lexus NX. I needed an SUV so that I would be able to transport my husband to/from doctor's appointments in an appropriately sized vehicle.). Despite seemingly losing a sales commission when my husband passed away the night before I was to sign my new lease, Mr. Delgado sent sympathy flowers to me and follwed up to see how I was doing. When I contacted him again regarding a possible lease, he and other Lexus of Wesley Chapel personnel took the time to answer all my questions about different vehicles and lease terms. As a result, I was able to enter into a new Lexus lease quickly and with everyone's utmost respect and concern for my situation.
