Yes, it is brand spanking new and amazingly beautiful just like the new Lexus car models however I was impressed by beyond belief with the following: Every single employee had customer service at the top of their minds. As a business owner myself, this was truly impressive and it goes to show you that their management teams care about their customer’s experiences while at their dealership. Second, Chris LaMonte and Don (forgot last name) were truly impressive. I took my Lexus NX for a rattling noise on the rear passenger side, took a test drive with Don, after about an hour, Chris said great news, it was just a plastic flap missing a screw and we fixed it, NO Charge! Any other service center would have taken advantage of the situation. This was truly impressive and the kind attitude from Chris and Don was amazing to see first hand. While I was waiting, Emelie in sales talk to me about the new LC 500 and allowed me to take a test drive. All without any pressure and it was just a very comfortable experience. When I am ready to buy that LC, I know where I will be going. Just an overall amazing time, comfortable, no pressure experience. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Amazing people. Not to mention the Beauty of the new dealership itself with a free cafe bar. Cant say enough about it. Great job Lexus of Wesley Chapel, you have a new customer. More
