She also arranged for us to speak with the service manager regarding questions we had about hybrid versus gas only vehicle. We normally consider purchasing of vehicles a stressful experience. We never felt pressured to purchase immediately, but were so impressed with Chelsea and the arrest of the staff at Wesley Chapel that we ordered the RX350L that day. More

I finally got around to dealing with the airbag recall and thought I would add an oil change. From the first call to order a loaner, Megan was so welcoming. Parris dropped off a loaner at my work with the same enthusiasm. Later that same day, José dropped my car off washed and vacuumed, a bottle of water in the cup holder, with a full tank of gas! Your folks even buffed out a scratch my husband left in the door. Really over and above. Stephanie in service organized my visit and timed everything perfectly. She was a little embarrassed later that evening when she had to tell me they needed to come out and redo something. Before I could formulate a plan, she already offered to send a technician to me, fix the issue AND added a small service because of the inconvenience. Top notch service department. Can I rate more than 5 stars? I will spread the word! More

What a bea I’m a car guy and I care very much about the car I drive. When I found Lexus of Wesley Chapel I thought I had died and gone to heaven! What a beautiful place.… And when they told me that my car would be finished in 59 minutes or less I was amazed. It was actually ready and 57 minutes so I had two more minutes to kill getting some fresh pastries coffee chocolate chip cookies and fresh fruit. Life is good! More
