I had issues when it came to your “Taxable Fees” line, which included electronic filing. I did not feel these were clearly communicated at first and essentially seem to be more hidden dealer fees, disguised as something else. I feel they were excessive and something I almost walked out of the deal over. Luis provided window tinting free of charge, which was satisfactory compensation for this charge. Overall, we were able to come to an agreement, I just wish it took less time with the negotiations. More
