Stay clear of their service department they take advantage of the elderly. My mom went in for a battery light that was on. They ended up replacing the alternator for $1600. When she went to complain they told her that the alternator needed replacement and that she also needed a new radiator and they want to charge her another $1600. I had her take it to another Lexus repair shop and she was told that these repairs were not necessary. More
