I always like to have a peace of mind that my car would not sudden die in the middle of my commute. I personally take all of my family’s car here. We have 3 cars 2 Rx350 and one is250. With that in mind that’s why I recommend Lexus of Westminster for service needs. Lexus of Westminster is very courteous and knowledgeable. I’ve been coming her for 8 years, my service advisor is Tomas Diaz. He is very knowledgeable and very friendly. I have the is250 and every time I leave Lexus of Westminster I am completely satisfied. I would come in for an oil change and I always leave with a peace of mind. Tomas always go above and beyond my expectations. I come in for an oil change he also double check my air bags for me since there was a recall notice that I was not even aware of. Tomas never seized to surprise me. He always make sure I’m taken care of completely before leaving the service department. He gives me recommendation on when things are almost due. Like for example, my mothers car she has the RX350 she is a stay at home mom only make trips to the grocery store not like me. She drive a lot less than I do. Most of the time she leaves her car parked on the drive way. Her tires were getting pretty old since 2010 I believe and they were starting to oxidize which is never a good thing. I myself was not aware of the tire oxidizing or cracking until Tomas pointed out hey, I would recommend you to change your mother’s tires cause you purchased them in 2010 now it’s 2017 and also it’s starting to crack. He points out what’s wrong and let you know the options. I love Michelin tires, I believe they are more sturdy and durable. He lets me know hey the Michelin tires are pretty over priced, there’s Bridgestone and also Yokohama too, the prices are a little less than the Michelin. Tomas gives you a lot of options when it comes to the services they provide. All in all I highly recommend Tomas Diaz and the staffs at the service center. Everyone here is very friendly and nice. More
Best Lexus Service in So Cal! I need to start off by saying that I've had a really bad experience at two other Lexus service center and I live in the South Bay. My past experience I need to start off by saying that I've had a really bad experience at two other Lexus service center and I live in the South Bay. My past experience at the other locations were so bad that I drove all the way to Westminster to get my car service. Lucky for me, Tomas was my service advisor when I got to Westminster. Since I've met him, he's helped me maintain my cars and my dad's. We both drive from the South Bay to see him. It's great that I can trust him to be honest with my car's upkeep and I never have to question any suggestions he makes. He sets the expectations from the start so there are no surprises. I also get my car back when promised. If you've been unlucky at other service locations, give this place a try and make sure you ask for Tomas. :). More

I have had all servicing done here since new and had no issues until they broke my XM radio while replacing the recalled airbag. It seems they don't even care about my inconvenience or unhappiness. They said the part needed will take two weeks to get and they'll call me when it's in stock. C'mon, it's the 21st century and FedEx can get just about anything from one location to another overnight. It's obvious that they simply don't care and are unwilling to go the extra mile for a loyal customer, even though THEY BROKE IT! The coffee and donuts are good (that's why I gave them a second star) but I'm afraid I'm done with Lexus of Westminster. More

I used the Costco auto sales option and they got me in touch with the Westminster internet sales department. I worked with Eddie and he was by far my favorite car salesman. So refreshing to deal with a friendly, informative salesman. Seems like most of the car salesmen in the past were monotone grumpy old men with no technical knowledge. Eddie showed me the changes and how to use the new features with ease. I hope to deal with Eddie for my next Lexus and highly recommend him to anyone buying a Lexus. The financial guy was very nice too. Thanks so much for a refreshing experience guys! More
DON'T GIVE THEM YOUR INFORMATION I called just to see if a car was still available that I saw on the internet and talked with a used car salesman named Reggie. Reggie pressured me on the phone to give him my info but I refused. About 2 hours later he called me back. He must have got my phone number from caller ID. He starts giving me high pressure sales pitches. I told him I was not interested and he got rude with me. He made me mad enough to call and complain to his manager and write this review. I will never buy a car from this dealer or call them again. More

They only had one in the inventory and Kevin Byram an internet sales manager gave an great quote. I followed with him multiple time as to the down payment and confirming the monthly rate. In addition I told him, I live much farther and wanted to confirm they would honor the price when I went to the dealer. Kevin was not working on the day I went to the dealership but he recommended one of his colleagues who would help us with the lease. In addition he mentioned all Emails were printed and handed to the colleague. After the test drive, I asked to get the paper work started and get the deal promised to me. The sales man disappeared for 45 minutes without anyone checking on us or providing an update. Finally Gary Twombley the director of internet sales came in an said he is not willing to honor the offer and it was a mistake. They argue the sales manager does not have the authority to offer deals to customers without directors approval At the end of the conversation he offered me a much higher price than other dealers which was a complete insult. Do yourself a favor and skip this dealer. More
Dealership is Dishonest and Refused to Take Responsibility In August, 2016, my dad bought a new ES 350 from this dealership. Before my dad bought the car, he asked them whether this car was involved in any co In August, 2016, my dad bought a new ES 350 from this dealership. Before my dad bought the car, he asked them whether this car was involved in any collision because the mileage was a bit high. They said no. However, after purchase, my dad found a Work Order inside the car stating that the car's bumper and reflectors were replaced in April, 2016. If my dad had known about these prior damages, he would not have bought the car. Lexus of Westminster lied to my dad in order to make a sale. They basically sold him a "new" car with prior damages and did not disclose this fact. They are not a trustworthy dealership. More
Their low unacceptable service has damaged Lexus reputation 5000 miles service was perfect. My wheels were free from scratch after tire rotation. 10000 miles service was bad and my last visit at this location 5000 miles service was perfect. Three of my wheels got bad large deep scratch, and even chip at the holes & edge to insert nuts. Obviously, they did not use right tool which were either short socket or long socket without protective plastic. It took me 4 phone calls before service manager was available to talk to me on the phone. Once I brought the car in, I believe I met service director and he agreed to have wheel specialist to fix them next week. The thing bothers and makes me unhappy still is his 2 additional comments. 1. The scratches are expected to happen during tire rotation sometimes. I wonder if any customer would let his dealer to touch their cars if he says that to them. His team did not do a good job which damage Lexus reputation and he should find way to improve and fix it. 2. He suggested that he will refuse to do any service relating to the wheels for me in the future. I wonder he is afraid that the wheel fix would not last or am I such a picky customer in which is he afraid to deal with. Well, his dealer already lost my trust and I would not let any dealer touch my car unless it is free service or warranty service since my best friend happens to be the best mechanic. More
