He went far out of his way to help me. I could only come into the dealership later in the day due to my work schedule, and Mr. Laucirica stayed past closing to make sure that everything went smoothly for me. I think that his method is what I prefer, and I believe most prospective buyers feel the same. Pushy, aggressive sales people turn me off, and I greatly appreciated Jorge's approach. If I am in the car market in the future, I will seek out my new friend Jorge! I don't have too many friends but I can honestly say that Kevin is a friend at Lexus of Orlando. Only a friend with your best interest in mind will go above and beyond the call of duty to insure you get great service, respect and work with you to get the required service done well and to satisfaction. He also took the time to insure that my extended warranty plan worked for my benefit. Thanks Kevin; I also want to thank Aaron the mechanic that serviced my vehicle. In all my years of owning vehicles and taking them in for service, I have never seen a mechanic leave a thank you card in my vehicle. That was a great touch, I will always return. More
