You cannot do better. I was in need of a new car, but having just moved to the Orlando area I had no clue to where to turn to find an honest dealer. After having a couple of very unpleasant experiences with other car sellers, I had the good fortune to do business with Mr. Laucirica Mr. Laucirica was friendly, answered any and all questions that I had about my vehicle, and never put pressure on me. He went far out of his way to help me. I could only come into the dealership later in the day due to my work schedule, and Mr. Laucirica stayed past closing to make sure that everything went smoothly for me. I cannot say enough about him and the service that he gave me. If you are in the market for a car, you cannot do better than Mr. Laucirica and the rest of the professionals at Lexis of Orlando. More

He answered all my questions, he made test driving and purchsing my vehicle very easy and less stressful, as looking for a vehcile is the least most interesting thing for me to do. I felt he went above and beyond to help me. I am leasing a 2014 IS-250 and Jorge made the experience very pleasant, I would absolutely come back and see Jorge for my next vehicle, he was a wonderful salesman. QUDOS to Jorge, he was great!!! Omar was wonderful too, we have purchased vehicles in the past from Omar and he is always a pleasure to work with. Omar always gives us the best deal possible that works for us, thank you Omar you were great!!! Thank you!!! More

I went lexus of Orlando to have a test drive on 2013 is 250 yesterday, after that I went to talk with Fr, manager, he insisted me there is no room for negotiation. I walked away b/c I really didn't like the color much . When I were on my way back to home. A sales man called me & said such $$$ which is lower ( this price was later reflected on website) but I told him I want this $$$. He said he will speak w his manager and call me back tomorrow . This morning after texting and talking on the phone, he said his GSM accepted the price I wanted. I told him I will be there around 2 b/c I need to speak w my bank re loan rate. When I were on the phone w the bank. He called me & asked when I could come b/c there was someone look on the car. I told him I am on the phone w my bank and keep the car for me. I called him back in 10 mins or so & tell him I will be there in 30 mins. While I were driving, he called me and said they sold. This shocked me!!! Is this the way Lexus of Orlando treat customers? Is this called "Elite of Lexus". I think you just buy this award like the way you are doing business, if someone comes in and offer you more $$$ then you will break the deal you had with someone . Because of $$$, you can do whatever you want and fail to keep your words with customers. This is like a flea market environment This is a shame of you. May I suggest : You, managers of Orlando of Lexus, need to go back school to learn what you called "Elite of Lexus"b/c you are uneducated. More

Jorge is a great salesman, as he doesn't "sell" cars, he just presents the details, and let's the potential buyer "buy" the car after having sold themselves. I think that his method is what I prefer, and I believe most prospective buyers feel the same. Pushy, aggressive sales people turn me off, and I greatly appreciated Jorge's approach. If I am in the car market in the future, I will seek out my new friend Jorge! Page, also was very friendly and explained the financial details of our purchase, in plain and simple language, which we also appreciated! It seemed all the people active on the floor were pleasantly smiling, and several asked if we were being helped. I also love Holly's ads on TV!!!! More

bad service!!!!! We had an appointment and was told the car we were buying would be set aside. We were driving with our family including 2 small children from another city two hours away. When we arrived they said "oh that was sold 10 minutes ago". They didn't care and had an oh well attitude. I'm always pleased with the great service and treatment I receive when I arrive to the service department, what can I say about Kevin sinker that has not been said before. I don't have too many friends but I can honestly say that Kevin is a friend at Lexus of Orlando. Only a friend with your best interest in mind will go above and beyond the call of duty to insure you get great service, respect and work with you to get the required service done well and to satisfaction. He also took the time to insure that my extended warranty plan worked for my benefit. Thanks Kevin; I also want to thank Aaron the mechanic that serviced my vehicle. In all my years of owning vehicles and taking them in for service, I have never seen a mechanic leave a thank you card in my vehicle. That was a great touch, I will always return. More
