Lexus of Winter Park

I contacted this dealer to purchase a Lexus. The internet staff told me they would text me to set an appointment, they never did. I called again and scheduled a test drive. I was ready to buy, but they did n staff told me they would text me to set an appointment, they never did. I called again and scheduled a test drive. I was ready to buy, but they did not have the vehicle I wanted in stock. Numerous miscommunications followed. I was told one discount on the phone that sales did not want to honor. I was told they had a car, then I was told they didn’t because it was used as a loaner. They called again and said they received another car so a set date/time was established for me to view the car. I drove an hour and a half to get to the dealer. When I arrived they did not have that vehicle and the sales staff was not informed by the internet staff that I was coming in to see a car. They tried to sell me a more expensive model. Very unprofessional, not what I expect from the Lexus brand. More
