I recently had a major brake issue with my car. my warranty had run out 6 weeks ago. I took my car to Orlando to have them check it out. I had been there before to get regular maintenance done and had warranty had run out 6 weeks ago. I took my car to Orlando to have them check it out. They went above and beyond what they needed to do and I am so grateful.I have been happy with my Lexus, but because of this experience I will be a loyal customer to Lexus of Orlando and will recommend them to anyone. Sean greeted me immediately without overwhelming me. He listened to what I had to say which included that I didn't have too much time to spend there. I told him I was gathering information to make a decision between Lexus and Toyota and leaning toward Toyota since I lived over an hour away from the Lexus dealership and had been getting my IS 250 Lexus car serviced at Toyota happily for the last 2 years since moving to Florida from NY. He went away for a moment and came back with someone who had already worked up some numbers for my situation. I liked having the bottom line to deal with right away without the usual approach which is trying to get the buyer to focus on a car which the salesperson thinks the buyer can't live without. Since it was lunchtime, Sean took me to the service area where I could get a bite to eat. He came back to get me after service looked at my car and then he went with me to have some damage on my car assessed by a body shop. If I had to find the place on my own, I would have left. We then test drove a car. After coming back, we finetuned the original numbers and came to a deal that I thought was very fair. Without pressuring me, they let me know they wanted to make a deal with me. The rest went very smoothly and I left the Lexus dealership with a new leased car, an ES 350, a step above what I had. All in all, a very, very good experience. More

Doug was very professional. He has excellent knowledge on the cars that he showed us. All the questions the we asked was clearly answered.
