Once I had selected the vehicle, we were joined by Mr. David. Based on my previous experiences, normally when the sales manager brings the numbers that’s when you begin to have a problem. Here at Lexus of Winter Park, there was no such thing. They were able to work with me in pretty much everything. I was extremely pleased when the deal went through and I was able to leave in my brand new Lexus NX. The Lexus buying experience was like no other car I have previously purchased. I think this is the first of many Lexus’. I strongly recommend the dealership and Charles & David. Great service, one more happy customer. More

He will help you find a vehicle over the phone and walk you through every step of the way. His manager Brandon Erlichman talked numbers with me before I visited the dealership in person. I knew exactly what to expect by the time I drove to the dealership. These two gentlemen were a pleasure to work with and I highly recommend asking for them by name. When you arrive in person, specifically request Robert Calupca. He is a rockstar product specialist and will give you a true hands on experience with any vehicle you are interested in.
