It was great experience to deal with Lexus of Orlando . I had some signs popped up on my screen. I had trouble programing my garage door opener and he was so kind to volunteer to drive to my home and fixed the problem in 10 seconds. Boy, am I dumb! I recommend Lexus- this one is my 5th. I love the hypbrids- this is my second and I average 40 mpg. The navigation system is wonderful- I can not imagine ever buying a car without. More

A disgrace to the Lexus brand I was sold a used vehicle and was assured that there were no problems. That was a lie and when i brought it to their attention they refused to fix it I was sold a used vehicle and was assured that there were no problems. That was a lie and when i brought it to their attention they refused to fix it and told me I should have bought the extended warranty. I was ripped off by them and I'm very upset about it. I would never recommend them to anybody. This is the type of treatment I expect from a little storefront dealer not from Lexus. More
Troubled car but great service 6 months ago I purchased a new vehicle from Lexus. I've had to bring my new car in for service a few times. Nick, the service advisor, has been incred 6 months ago I purchased a new vehicle from Lexus. I've had to bring my new car in for service a few times. Nick, the service advisor, has been incredible getting back to me and helping me resolve my problem. He seems to really listen and goes above and beyond my expectations of a service advisor. In the past, other advisors promise to help you and then you never hear back from them. Nick always gets back to me and follows up on even the smallest of details. For instance when I purchased my vehicle, there was a small bubble on my luggage strip that is on the back bumper. I was worried that it would eventually bubble up and the bubble would burst causing the plastic to tear away. He researched it and came up with a solution to the matter. I had asked someone else at Lexus and they said it would be ok. You have to love a service advisor who cares about such a small imperfection on your new vehicle. I trust him that he has my back in regards to the future care of my vehicle. I live very close to a dealership that can service my Lexus but I drive farther and pay more money for tolls to come to this particular dealership. When I purchased the vehicle; I came late at night so I wasn't sold on the service department since they were closed. If you get a chance, check out the service department of all of the dealerships before buying. The service department at this dealership will blow you away. Go see Nick. He will treat you right. More
