Best experience I've had with a Dealership in over 40 years. I have never wrote a review before dealing with Lexus of Orlando and salesman Jorge Laucirica, but then again I have never been treated so good and fa I have never wrote a review before dealing with Lexus of Orlando and salesman Jorge Laucirica, but then again I have never been treated so good and fair at any Dealership. Ever ! I went to Lexus of Orlando to test drive a car I was interested in, Jorge met me and my wife at the door and greeted us. He offered us water and my wife mentioned she was hungry and he took us to Service Dept. and got her a turkey wrap, juice and snacks. He then brought us to the Parts Dept. where I could pick out several items from hats to key chains, I picked out a nice Lexus hat. After we went back to the showroom where we talked and I told him the car I wanted to test drive. Jorge immediately got the car and we took a drive. When we returned we talked some more and since I was unsure of the car he offered that I take another test drive for as long as I liked to see if it was the right car for us. After a thirty minute test drive we returned and sat down with Jorge to talk numbers. now this is the Part I hate because I was trading in my Toyota Highlander and had previous bad experiences on how Much a dealer would give me on a trade. Jorge took out his iPad and went to Kelley Blue Book website to search how much my trade was worth. To my surprise and delight he offered me more than KBB had quoted and was over $4,000 more than Toyota had offered me the day before. Wow, I never expected that! When we started to talk price on the Lexus and was joined by Page Quintana,a manager their who was very professional and courteous. Since it is in my nature to get the best deal, I tried to get more off on the Lexus, which again to my delight and surprise he took off $500 more ! Such a deal, I could not pass up. I purchased the Lexus Certified vehicle and also bought an extra year over the 3 year 100,000 mi warranty so that I would feel peace of mind and have the ability to transfer the warranty if I sell. Oh, did I tell you they also gave me a fantastic rate for 66 months financing! Well, I bought the car and I can't tell you how happy and proud that I am a Lexus owner. Finally I would just ask that if you don't believe this review, go down to Lexus of Orlando and see for yourself You will not be sorry ! More

I was happy with the terms of the new lease and overall had an excellent experience. When I walked into the Lexus dealership that day I was not intending to make my decision, but had narrowed it down to 3 different makes. He is such a genuinely thoughtful, polite, and helpful person, and he made the whole experience as pleasurable as car shopping can be. Charles went above and beyond my expectations to inform me about the many choices in RX 350's, and then of the many features that the new vehicle I chose possesses. In addition to being extremely knowledgeable, he is also extremely patient, and was truly interested in helping me find the right car for me. He was never pushy in any way--as I have experienced with other sales people at other dealerships in the past. He even assured me that I could call him on his cell number if I had further questions about the car at any time.
