After sending wheels out to be refinished check air in tires. The two wheel not sent out had 35 lbs of air as is normal. The two wheels that were sent out had 41 lbs of pressure way over recommended amount. Only knew because car didn’t seem to ride right and checked it. Other than than that, excellent. More
Myra and Maria and the Service Department are two of the best I’ve ever worked with. I started with Keyes Lexus in Sherman Oaks, but have gone to Lexus of Woodland Hills for the last 10 years because their best I’ve ever worked with. I always have a good experience going to Lexus in Woodland Hills, with excellent service and friendly staff. I did not have good service this time from one of the service consultants. I took my car t Woodland Hills, with excellent service and friendly staff. I did not have good service this time from one of the service consultants. I took my car the first time, and I know his first name was Dan. I have an issue starting the car sometimes, so I had it checked, and the mechanic said there is nothing wrong with it. He said it might be you who's starting the car. I've been driving my car for three years without any issues, so I took the owner's word for it and drove away. Two laters i had to try three time before i started the car and it was about 3;30 when i drove in and talked to Dan Friedman, he said there is nothing he can do as it is friday and everybody is going home and i told him to please can i leave the car and you can check it in the morning and let me know. He replied, "No, I mentioned to him I have surgery on Monday and I need the car to drop off at the hospital and back. You know what he said?" (Then comes when you are done with your surgery). I approached a charming gentleman at the next booth and explained my situation, requesting supervision. He immediately offered to check my car without any hesitation. Meanwhile, I spoke with the supervisor, a charming gentleman, and he said, "No problem, we will keep your car and let you know in the morning." This is considered a good service. Sergio Ramirez goes well beyond to help me. Thank you, Sergio, and of course, the supervisor, whose name I unfortunately forgot. The next day Sergio called and said your car is ready. The battery issue has been resolved, and I'm really appreciative of them. More
First time I went to Lexus Woodland Hills, everything went great. This time, my second visit, was different. I called and made an appointment (9:00a) to repair a recall notification. On that day, I dr went great. This time, my second visit, was different. I called and made an appointment (9:00a) to repair a recall notification. On that day, I dropped off my SUV at approx 8:45am and was told by Service Advisor that it would take 1/2 a day. Said that rather than wait at dealership they would drive me home to wait and I accepted. After waiting 6.5 hours (3:30p), I called my Service Advisor to get an update. She was not available so I left a message on her answering device. My brother (my ride back to dealership) and I were waiting for a return call which never came. After waiting 1 hour, my brother left to go home. I called back at 4:30p and spoke to a different person, who said she would speak to my Service Advisor to call me back. At 4:37p, she called to notify me that my SUV was ready and wold send someone out to pick me up. The driver arrived at approx 5:45p and I finally got to pick up my SUV at approx. 6:30p. Dealership Service Depart closes at 7:00p. Total time from drop-off to pick-up was almost 10 hours. And if I did not call twice to get an update, it would have been much longer. What can I say ? More
All the folks at Lexus Woodland Hills were absolutely wonderful—friendly, helpful, and full of positive energy. But a special shout-out goes to Ms. Anahita from the sales department. My experience at Woodland Hills Lexus was very disappointing, despite starting off well. I initially worked with Robert Castillero, the Internet Manager, and had secured a deal for a 2025 Lexus RX disappointing, despite starting off well. I initially worked with Robert Castillero, the Internet Manager, and had secured a deal for a 2025 Lexus RX 350 Premium Plus for $60,000 out the door. I was scheduled to finalize the deal on Sunday, but Robert wasn’t available, so I met with Kami Steppes, who was fantastic—friendly, professional, and even went on a test drive with me. While waiting, I received a better offer from another Lexus dealer—$3,500 less than my Woodland Hills deal. I explained this to Kami, who said they could match it and got the sales manager, Zavier Hill, involved. I sent him the offer, but after waiting 20 minutes, he never approached me. His demeanor was condescending, unfriendly, and completely unprofessional. He clearly had no interest in earning my business, which ultimately caused me to walk out. I later received a call from Kami explaining that their numbers weren’t even close, and it confirmed my decision. I’m glad I didn’t give Woodland Hills Lexus my business because of Zavier’s behavior. While Kami and some of the team were excellent, the attitude and lack of professionalism from the sales manager made this a very negative experience. I hope Woodland Hills Lexus addresses this because it’s unacceptable for a customer to feel ignored and judged when they’re ready to buy. More
