I have gone to Woodland Hills Lexus twice now and Sherri Mak is my service consultant who I am very pleased with. The service Dept is very thorough and quick. I truly appreciate this service department. My original service person, Fred was at Glendale Lexus but when he retired I didn't know who to trust. This dealership is great , this is my 3rd leasing car from this dealership , it seems that recently their service is getting messed up because of some inexperienced service advisor staff ? I had my car for service , my own service advisor was not doing too good , I had to follow up the status of me car everyday , she barely responded to my texts or voice messages . And she was not presented when I picked up my car .( she was in dealer ) , I have to say many thanks to Peter the service manager for his great help to get the job done otherwise my car was still sitting there !
