My Lexus RX350 received a recall notice and i promptly took it to Lexus Woodland Hills for the work needed. I have a morning appointment. Went to the Service Dept, My service advisor, LY Do wrote the work took it to Lexus Woodland Hills for the work needed. I have a morning appointment. Went to the Service Dept, My service advisor, LY Do wrote the work order and I was told it will take approximately 2 hours to get done. It got done even earlier than 2 hrs. Car got cleaned,,gassed up and I was out of there in no time...Excellent service. Thank you. More
