I’ve not purchased the car I’m intreasted in buying yet because I’m from Sacramento and they told me it’s against the law to hold a car until I get there? Also they sent me an invoice with the fees and one fees is for “permaplate” I’ve never herd of a dealer requiring you to buy a protection plan for $695.00 😳 Oh and they won’t pick me up from the airport it’s not something they do I was told😂 Anyway I told the sales person I’m going to think about all this and check back next week to see if the car sold over the weekend. I’m giving them 5 stars because they haven’t done anything wrong but they are making me rethink the decision to fly to LA to buy the car that might not be there🥴 More

I walked into the dealership today to purchase my lease that is coming to an end on a Lexus RX 450H, The sales people wanted to run a hard credit check on me even low I was going to pay off the car with ca that is coming to an end on a Lexus RX 450H, The sales people wanted to run a hard credit check on me even low I was going to pay off the car with cash or bank check, I left the dealership immediately as this was very unnecessary for them to run a hard credit check when I was not getting a loan. A quote from one of the sales people I spoke to on the phone before today “ we will not make any money off of selling you a car you already own“ I would recommend going to a different dealership to get fleeced from someone else that actually cares More
