utmost disrespect. Stay Away!!! On Saturday 1/25/2020 we met Paul Rassam, Sales Consultant, and the sales manager, Safa Rahseparat at the Lexus Of Woodland Hills. We wanted to retu On Saturday 1/25/2020 we met Paul Rassam, Sales Consultant, and the sales manager, Safa Rahseparat at the Lexus Of Woodland Hills. We wanted to return a 2017 GX Lexus and lease a new car. We were very surprised to meet a sales consultant that was mumbling and kept changing the terms of the deal. The manager was very unpleasant and arrogant. He was angry and kept asking my husband how is it possible that we can't afford to pay extra $$ on the new lease. It was a terrible experience, by far the worst customer service I've ever experienced. As a loyal Lexus customer for the last 12 years, (We leased 4 cars from Lexus) they treated us with utmost disrespect. We also filed a complaint with the BBB. STAY AWAY !!!! More
