Having purchased my fair share of cars throughout my life, (5 in the last 4 years alone), my experience at woodland hills Lexus has blown the competition out the water. The employees were all very welcoming. Did not feel pressured into a purchase ( not that i would have been). When i told them i needed a day to think things over, they did not try to keep be around. This was as painless a car buying experience as i think anyone could have gone through. More

The folks at Woodland Hills Lexus treated me wonderfully. Tim was patient as my friend and I asked so many questions. He presented himself in a professional and courteous manner. Cort was wonderful. We also met Mr. Saul Onassis, Lexus Technology Specialist, while we were in the customer waiting room, trying to get on the internet. He sensed our frustration, and offered to assist us. He patiently walked us through the process, and we were able to complete our task.
